Rainham Police Station

The disused Rainham Police Station was acquired with the view of demolition of the site to provide residential apartments. After a feasibility of the proposal it was decided to refurbish the existing buildings to provide 6 dwelling houses.

The large rear gardens were shortened to provide 2 x 3bedroom chalet style bungalows with a private access road and off street parking. A total of 8 dwellings were achieved on the site all with private amenity and off street parking.
