Lakeside School, Welwyn Garden City

A Community Special School for pupils aged 2-19 catering for pupils with, Severe learning difficulties, Profound and multiple learning difficulties and Autism.

The works consisted of the following;

• Extension to the existing classrooms
• Construction of new internal WC provision
• Formation of new internal stores
• Refurbishment of internal rooms to form storage cupboards
• Extensions to existing seniors classrooms
• Leveling of existing external play area and removal of ramps
• Extension to staff room
• Refurbishment of  ancillary store to form breakout area
• New external corridor
• Internal alterations to the kitchen area
