We're delighted to announce that Tendring District Council has granted planning permission for a largescale major mixed-use development in Harwich.

The consented scheme, delivered on behalf of BurneyGroup comprises of a Travelodge Hotel, Starbucks Drive through and other business and employment units which will deliver a significant number of local jobs and investment to the area.

Consent was achieved with Dovetail Architects leading on design and planning matters.

Dovetail continue to lead on the development with Phase1 progressing well and more tenants signing up for future phases.
